Refund policy

At Dauntless, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances. If you receive a product and wish to Return it, the following conditions apply:

1. you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in its original, unused, and saleable condition.
3. The outer box, packaging, seals, and labels must remain unopened and undamaged.
4. Opened, used, tested, or tampered products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Exchange requests will be accepted only after inspection and approval by our team.
6. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
7. Approved exchanges will be offered only for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer).
8. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply and will be communicated during the exchange process.
